 We have every confidence that you will like our product.    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, BBG Innovations LLC will refund the purchase price in the original form of payment if notified via e-mail or mail within 30 days of receipt of the product the intent to return.   Unit must be received at BBG Innovations within 60 days of original receipt date.

 In addition, any units purchased as Christmas or other gifts will extend this warranty to 30 days after first use not to extend beyond May 1 North of the Mason Dixon Line, or April 1 south of the Mason Dixon Line.  To claim the gift extension, simply indicate original purchaser name, the receivers name, address and phone number and date of first use when describing the reason for return.

6 Month Part Damage warranty

BBG Innovations will also replace any components broken or bent in normal use that causes the Driveway Groomer to depart from a substantially rectangular form.  Slight deflections of components within the beam deflection design guidelines do not impact the performance are considered normal and are therefore not covered.  Chain coupling connections and chain are designed to be sacrificial and are therefore not covered for breakage or bending.  To claim warranty part coverage, simply notify BBG Innovations LLC with a clear description of the component problem and the replacement component will be shipped free of charge.   BBG Innovations LLC reserves the right to have the component returned for evaluation. 

2 Year Weld Warranty

BBG Innovations will also replace any parts with a failed weld within a 2 year period from original purchase date.
